Hiring is an experiment.

All.in People & Culture was founded on the conviction that sustainable hiring decisions take more than filling an open position. They come from genuine understanding, personal advice, and the ambition to build long-term connections — for companies just as much as for candidates.

The way we work is shaped by reliability, transparency and a high standard of quality. We listen, question requirements, and accompany our clients with advice at eye level. Because we're convinced: good hiring decisions happen where professional competence and human fit come together.

Our philosophy

Four dimensions of a genuine fit

All.in People & Culture is deliberately a boutique — an agency for international recruitment based in Cologne. Instead of volume, what counts for us is fit: professional, personal and long-term. A résumé tells the past. We're interested in the future.

That's why we assess every placement along four psychological criteria: Motivation — what drives the person; Expectation — what they hope for from the role, team and culture; Experience — which competencies were genuinely applied, not just listed; and Personality — how someone works with others, in calm times as well as stressful ones.

These four dimensions decide whether a position gets filled — or whether someone truly starts and stays. We think psychologically, work internationally, and act personally. From Cologne, into every mandate.

This experience still shapes her advice today. She looks at every vacancy in the overall context of a company and develops solutions that don't just convince in the short term, but work in the long run.
